Good experience. I wish I knew that it was possible to change between network operators to get better data, O2 for some reason worked better than Vodafone. Customer service was excellent, very fast response.

I really enjoyed the E SIM especially as I went to three countries within Europe and never had to worry about coverage. I would like more options with calling/ text, as well as some more communication on phone use and whether or not it’s all been started and is working. I felt in the dark after it had been enacted but other than that, I loved it

Overall it worked ok. Text messaging didn't really work. Not sure if it was the plan or it's not supposed to work. The reception was hit or miss depending on where you were in London.
Customer service was definitely 5* as the response time was awesome.
